DAK Group Ltd is a UK-registered holding company. It owns and oversees two operating businesses that trade independently under their own names: CleanWithBest, a cleaning and facilities provider serving homes and workplaces across London, and UjyaaloIT, a technology and engineering firm delivering cloud, AI, and software work for enterprise clients from teams in London and Kathmandu.
Each division has its own clients, its own team, and its own day-to-day management. Nothing about how CleanWithBest quotes a job or how UjyaaloIT scopes a build routes through the Group. What the Group provides instead is the structure above both: shared ownership, shared accountability, and a shared bar for how the work gets run.

Cleaning and technology don't share a supply chain, and they don't share customers. What they share is a way of operating — clear pricing, defined delivery, and a team that answers for its own work. DAK Group Ltd exists to keep that standard consistent as the portfolio grows, rather than letting it drift company by company.
The structure is also deliberately built to extend. As DAK Group Ltd adds further businesses, whether by acquisition or by launching new divisions, each one operates the same way: independent in its market, accountable to the same Group standard.
